About Megan!
Megan Pizarro is a mother, educator, and passionate learner. She received her degree in elementary education and taught in the classroom for seven years and spent another five years teaching English online. She is mother to four children, three of whom are living. When her second newborn was a few months old, she started to feel the weight of the long-term effects of her oldest son's neurodiversity and behavior challenges and needed not only an outlet outside of the rigors of motherhood, but she also desperately wanted to recall who she truly was at her core. Megan dove into learning about energy profiling. On the surface it was a modality for understanding how to create a personal style in dressing herself based on her natural energy, but ultimately became an ongoing journey in becoming intimately familiar with her own personal wiring as well as those of the people around her. She has studied multiple personality systems and loves observing how they manifest in people as well as how knowing them improves interpersonal relationships. Megan lost her first husband to cancer in 2012 and her nine-month-old baby girl to a rare genetic disorder in 2018. Her experiences with grief, while heart wrenching, also deeply informed and shaped how she coped with her son's neurodivergent diagnoses the ways those diagnoses altered the trajectory of his life, her family dynamic, and her parenting. Megan's wealth of knowledge and life experience helps her to empathize with all forms of grief and loss and how and why every person shows up in life in their own unique way.
